Ensuring the smooth running of retail facilities which includes delivering high standard of customer service, motivating team members and pushing them to chase the daily, weekly and monthly target, dealing and sorting out different customers issues and fully accounting for the prevention of the stock loss to maximize profit of the store.

•Prepare duty roster for the departmental staffs.
•Interact with customer’s complaint and quires within department.
•Co- ordinate with store managers about ideas, plan, sale, stocks and requirements and important layout changes.
