• Preparation, review and submission of Method Statements, Material Submittals, QCP, ITP, PQP, Risk Assessment.

• Monitor the correction of all snag/punch lists and corrective actions of non- conformances to standard requirement.

• Interact with the project team in Quality requirements and Site Progress.

Duties and responsibility are
• Coordination with Client contractors, Sub contractors and Consultants for site supervision and inspections.
• Responsible for carrying out the Installation, Testing & Commissioning of all HVAC, Medical Gases, Pneumatic, Plumbing, Electrical, Welding, Fire Fighting services as per Project specification & standards.
• Witnessing Installation, testing & commissioning of ducted conditioners, central air conditioning system, Chillers, AHUs, CAV, Ventilation fans, fire alarm, firefighting system (FM200), potable water, booster pumps, central water heaters, hot water circulation pumps, Water supply piping, drainage piping, electrical conduiting, SMDB, DB, Lighting system, lightening system
, wiring accessories, Bus Bar, Nurse Call, Emergency Call, Emergency Lighting, Operation Theatre, UPS, Generator, Tranformer, etc.
• Monitoring welder performance and conducting visual inspections of welds and repairs of welds in accordance with company procedures and international codes of practice.
• Carried out NDT Inspection of (RT & DP) and weld visual inspection during Construction.
• Coordinate and interface with construction engineer to ensure the work front availability in the sites.
• Responsible for ensuring full compliance with the approved method statement.
• Deliver engineering solutions for construction activities.
• Working with construction shop drawings, parts lists, and schematics. Interpret and then coordinate from engineering through fabrication and installation.
• To define, plan and manage the activities, resources, schedule, and quality of the project in accordance with management system.
• Attending the hydro tests performed on site, test packages mechanical check and advise the technical punches before reinstatement.
• Monitor work progress in accordance with the submitted work schedule.

• Keep daily activity progress recorded and log any problems that may exist for immediate action.

• Duties included Supervision / Inspections of Materials, Site activities for various stage inspection and Snag List Preparation, Final Handing over Inspection etc.
Involving inspections for incoming - raw material, in-process and final stages with high end finishes, workmanship with overall aesthetics to meet client specifications and international standards.
Preparing Quality Plans, Quality Procedures and getting approvals by client / third party inspectors.
Witnessing various NDT Tests for Tools, Dyes etc. and preparing the reports.
Quality Control records maintaining up to date for auditing of ISO-9000 & other 3rd parties.
Attending customer complaints and solving their problems by taking the proper corrective and preventive actions.
