• Assisting Project manager in overall project management and construction supervision throughout the project duration
• Overall supervision checks and monitoring on all the site activities (Civil, structural, architectural, and interior design works) to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with design, technical requirements and contract specification.
• Maintains and updates work schedule, planning and other informative control systems in monitoring the project progress. Identify and report on issues that may affect the work priorities and schedule.
• Review of contractor’s documents including Shop drawing, Method statement, Material submittal, risk assessments for various trades and verify documents are in line with Project specifications, IFC drawings and general practices.
• Coordinating with contractor for the authority inspections for any structural elements.
• Preparing daily and weekly reports for the progress, quality and safety.
• Raising safety and quality observations or NCRs for any non-conforming activities observed.
• Coordination with sub consultants related to site activities and coordination of drawings.
• Conduct site safety walk with contractor and identifying HSE concerns and recording it through safety audits and safety observations.
• Attending site safety meetings and raising concerns noticed in the work area.
• Conducting day to day inspection in the site.
• Following up QA procedures / policy implementation.
• Identifying non conformances and take preventive and corrective actions.
• Ensuring the works are carried out as per the specs and method of statement.
• Performing QA/QC checks and reviews.
• Maintaining the Quality file system.
• Conducting initial start-up meeting prior to start of activities in the site.
• Performing all other duties, tasks and initiatives contributing to the success of the company
• Responsible for all the civil related site activities.
• Coordination with fellow departments (MEP, Design etc) for the smooth moving of site activities.
• Execution of entire structure and finishes work.
• Involved in Preparation of Rebar cut and bend schedule for the entire project.
