Maintenance, operating and monitoring ammonia plant.
Repair and troubleshooting air compressors and ammonia compressors, maintains boiler, Cooling tower heat exchanges. Overhauling and preventive maintenance of compressor, Periodical maintenance of Air dryers, Water chiller.
Maintenance, operating and monitoring Can line & Aquafina. Repair and troubleshooting can seamer machine, blow moulding, filler and packing machinery, also doing line change over, replaces worn bearings, gear motors, pumps, rotating equipment’s, boiler, rotary pumps machinery maintains.
Maintenance controller in utility section and the entire plant machines like blow moulders, filler, labeller and packaging machines.To overhaul the motors, mechanical and electrical brakers, gear boxes, conveyor alignments etc. Attending and rectifying any kind of problems or breakdowns.To ensure and check all the preventive & shutdown maintenance activities are completed as per schedule. Ensuring and checking Lubrication of all equipments on periodically basis. Preparing the list of required spares for the equipments
Blow moulding Operation and Maintenance of SIPA SFR 12 EVO
Production, maintenance and Leading shift individually.
Performing Preventive maintenance of production equipment.Experienced in solving quality problem with control rejection.Experience in man power handling.
