I have 10 yrs experience construction machinery service support.I started my career as service engineer for JCB machines and when relieving my post is Branch Manager, looking after both sales and service of JCB machines. After it i had joined with ACE(manufacturer of cranes) as Asst. Service Manger for Kerala division.Through out this period hands own experience with variety of construction machinery and the warranty procedure. Then I had been worked as Service Manager with CINZAC CORPORATION(L&T komatsu Dealer) in Kerala for 2 years.Now i am working as Sr. Engineer Customer Support with GMMCO LTD( Caterpillar Dealer) handling both sales and service.
have my 3 yrs engineering diploma in automobile engineering from govt. polytechnic college, kalamassery, ernakulam.
