• Resolve the tickets as per the Clients logged on in the Project Management Tool (Whizible)
• Configured Release Procedure for Purchase Requisitions.
• Configured Intra Stock Transport and Vendor Evaluation.
• Configured Organizational units according to the client requirement.
• Warehouse Structure Configuring- Warehouse Number, Storage Type. Storage section, Picking Area, Storage Bin.
• Preparation of Functional specifications for customized reports.
• Preparation of Solution and Configuration Documents.
• End user manual preparation
• Identifying the A class materials and ensuring the optimum product availability.
• Liaison with Vendors for better material planning and availability to reduce the procurement cycle.
• Materials planning and maintenance of optimum stock levels of materials based on ABC analysis.
• Adopted Inventory control procedures to reduce the overhead cost & storage constraints and to enable ‘Hand-to-mouth’ arrangement to occur smoothly.
• Involved in Vendor rating and Vendor development.
• Procurement planning and developing a procurement strategy for both Indigenous and Imported merchandise.
• Identifying the slow moving items over the period and planned a strategy for liquidating the same.
• Source new and review existing merchandise to ensure products remain competitive.
