Provides a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services, not limited to policies, procedures and programs. Functional areas are Organisational development, manpower planning, employee relations, training and development, payroll, benefits, compensation and employment. Responsible for implementation of services, policies, HR programs and ongoing development plan.
Responsible for developing the overall HR department in conjunction with the Center's development plan. Manage a broad range of HR function including payroll administration, data base, personal file management, HR policy development, recruitment, retention, training and development. Established a proper organizational structure, developed job profiles, people management and was a part of Center's strategic planning.
Monitors end to end recruitment process, maintain employee documentation, provide job postings, coordinate with training & development team. Providing timely, accurate and appropriate advice to managers. Assist in the preparation of reports, policies, procedures, guidelines by drafting associated policy and procedure documents.
Helps clients strategically integrate effective recruitment processes, programs and practices. Perform initial screening reviews for the client. Perform campus recruitment process along with the team. Perform portal search, head-hunting to provide better candidates to the clients. Briefing candidates on suitable roles and preparing them for interviews. Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new and existing candidates. Proved onsite assistant to corporate clients on their end to end recruitment process.
