Under the general supervision of the Operation and Maintenance Supervisor, I oversees every aspect of the electrical systems on the plant settings, and responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect company policy.
Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing AC/DC drive systems, AC/DC motors, control systems, electrical power distribution, protection systems, PLC’s, and lighting systems.
Moving, and lifting equipment as required by the repair or maintenance being performed.
Adhering to company policies and procedures including, but not limited to safety, environmental, confidentiality and code of conduct.
Executing maintenance on medium voltage (greater than 600V), low voltage (lesser or equal to 600V) systems on equipment such as transformers, switches, circuit breakers and cables.
Performing proper Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures, maintaining and organizing the Tag-Out log.
Performing and troubleshooting various automated packaging machines issues.
Troubleshooting and servicing (Markem Imaje) line printer's.
