Project Management Consultant
Project work Description:
* Project EPC’s drawing review and approved for IFC and final as built.
* Material technical submittal review and approved as per project requirements and standard.
* Project management with client, progress review, inspection, Commissioning and hand over.
* Project site design review, Construction / inspection, Pre-Commissioning and commissioning.
* Worked in grassroots project and DBN expansion plant Project.
* Maintained good professional relationships with Client, contractors and suppliers.
* Manage directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups
at site.
* Plan the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and
civil groups.
* Coordinate with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of
works.
* Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical
groups at site.
* Submit / review site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring
reports on regular basis or as required.
* Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring
that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and
environmental standards.
* Substation equipment (HV, MV, LV), SWG, TR, LV Panel, local distribution panel UPS, Monitoring
system, SCADA installation, testing and commissioning.
* Site Acceptance test, relay Parameter and setting test, interlock, HI POT test, power up function
test and commissioning.
* Earthing and lightening system installation and testing
* Lighting installation, Switch and receptacle system, illumination calculation, testing and
commissioning.
* LV/MV Motors installation, termination, insulation / HI POT testing and solo run test.
* Cable tray / Conduit Installation, under/above ground Cable Pulling and testing.
* Fire alarm system installation, power up and Commissioning.
* Cathodic Protection (SC & IC) for pipeline, tank, concrete structure installation and
Commissioning.
* Plant Security System (Fence camera, MW, RB, access card) installation, inspection and testing.
* Telecom system (LAN, PABX, PAGA, Siren system) installation, inspection and commissioning.
* Ti-in walkthrough and take over system by system wise to work and LOTO system applying.
* Handover system walkthrough with owner and sub-contractor to turnover system client.
* Punch clearing and verifying with owner.
* Commissioning support for plant operation and warranty time period.
Maintenance work Description:
* Planning and execution of preventive / corrective maintenance and daily shut down jobs Including
Operation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical Equipment’s in live plant.
* Analysis of fault and find causes of happening and eliminate cause and corrective action for future.
* Working experience of Inspection, Pre commissioning, Commissioning, start up and preventive
Maintenance of electrical Equipment like HV-LV motors, Switchgear, Protection relay, motor
starting cubical and VSD, Power Transformer, UPS, Capacitor banks, Crain’s etc.
* Working on motor PM, Trouble shooting likes Vibration, Temperature, Greasing and bearing
Replacement.
* Working on HV and LV switchgear and control gear of ABB, SCHNEIDER, AEG, SIEMENS and ALSTOM
equipment.
* Working on DCS control plant from electrical side (DCS HONEYWELL).
* Working experience on Borouge 2 Project and work on all electrical substation Equipment testing,
Commissioning and finally power up.
* Installation and commissioning on High Voltage side 11, 3.3KV Switchgear (Schneider) and Protection
And Control Relay (Sepam 80 series) and Low Voltage Side motor protection relay and cubical module
(Tesys).
* Working and Well knowledge about Auto Transfer system between two HV, MV and LV Incomer.
* Installation, Load Testing, Commissioning of UPS system that is for Substation and SIS (AC & DC UPS)
Gutter.
* Having an experience of Commissioning, power up, programming, testing,
* Maintenance, trouble shooting of VSDs. Brands ABB, Loher, Siemens, SEW Euro Drive, Danfuss,
(HV and LV Both)
* Working on Electrical Heat Tracing system with Temperature Controller of TYCO THERMAL CONTROLS
NV.
* Working and exp. Of Power Factor Improvement on HV and LV with Capacitor Banks of DUCATI
ENERGIA.
* Perform Functional testing of all equipment like HV, LV Switchgear, EGD, Transformer, VSD, UPS
* Operation of Power house steam turbine (5MW) and Diesel Generator With synchronized.
* Worked on DCS, PLC systems by inter lock with Inverter.
* Knowledge & working on Breaking of induction motors. Start and break controlling of motors
through LOGO controller.
* Manage the Electric Spare parts/Inventory (on Oracle Program).
* Performed project work on 45MW GAS TURBINE POWER PLANT IN IBRAHIM PG-2 EACH
TURBINE
* HAVING 15MW CAPACITY.
* Worked in Rectification process control plant.
* Worked on 132KV Grid Station.
