Job was related to Teaching as Microsoft Instructor in GTTC Qila Didar Singh, to enhance global competitiveness in Punjab, through a quality and productive workforce by developing demand driven, standardized, dynamic and integrated technical education and vocational training service.
All duties of an I.T & general teacher plus overseeing the daily coordination and functioning of a computer lab. Maintaining the working order of lab equipment and supplies, which may include troubleshooting both hardware and software and making appropriate recommendations regarding repair, lab upgrades and purchase decisions of computer hardware and software.
Job was related to supporting server applications and operating systems, provide help desk assistance in resolving software, hardware and network related problems, assist in equipment set-up and software installation and updates, perform troubleshooting, configure computers for new users.
Assist with daily maintenance of the local and wide, wired and wireless area computer network. Installs and tests network servers, operating system software and hardware, routers, switches, cabling, and other related network components/equipment.
