Job Duties:
•Permanent Member in Purchasing Committee.
•Handling all required communication with customers regarding their orders and providing updates and reports on work process.
•Providing customers with quotations and estimate costs, as well as offers of services and supplying parts.
•Assist in the preparation of Customer Contracts (General Term Agreement, Engine Sale & Lease Agreements) ensuring that an agreed level of sales, payment terms, margins and profit are met.
•Preparing customer invoices and coordinating and monitoring payments with the Finance Department.
•Directing production control staff for executing maintenance operations, based on projected plans, customer needs, and progress of work.
•Cooperating with the departments regarding material demand, shortage lists, applicability and interchangeability, rejected and shipped parts for third party, scrapping the rejected parts.
•Coordinating between the departments (Repair Shop, Inspection and Production) about the priority and availability for the parts, consumables and expendables.
•Make sure that all Departments implement all transaction using the ERP system (Quantum, Component Control Software).
