Job Description
• Be actively involved in recruitment and managing the hiring process.
• Preparing job descriptions and job posting ads.
• Source, screen and evaluate candidate applications.
• Organize and conduct recruitment interviews and assessment processes.
• Manage all recruitment-related activities.
• Assist with orientations and onboarding activities of new hires.
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
• Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Involved in compensation and benefits activities.
