•Studied all the rules and regulations of the Ministries of Labour and Health, and updated GM regularly

•Handled all transactions of the company with public institutions, such as the Ministries of Labour, Health, Commerce, and Municipality, and private institutions, such as the banks
•Wrote contracts of employees and prospective business partners, reviewed incoming contracts, and submitted final versions to the GM for approval
•Represented the company in meeting and negotiating deals with other companies
•Took part in formulating new company policies
•Reviewed and edited existing company policies, after taking approval from GM
•Reviewed and improved company written forms, made all forms bilingual
•Organised management board meetings on a weekly basis
•Transmitted notices and new company policies to relevant employees
•Issued warnings and penalties to employees in case of any infraction

•Approved salary payrolls, before submitting to the GM
•Renewed Iqamah for foreign employees, and updated their passports at Jawazat
•Issued a new medical insurance policy for employees, and renewed it yearly
•Sorted incoming CV's, carried out interviews, and hired new employees, as needed
•Prepared a monthly report of employees' performance
•Introduced new employees to their roles and to company policies
•Solved problems between employees
•Listened to employees' concerns and worked to find solutions
•Regulated employees vacation leaves, according to company needs
•Monitored employees' arrival and departure times
•Kept paper and electronic records of all employees
