- Managing the Data Flow Process: including identifying and managing data quality issues, cross checking
data collected in the field, and ensuring the application of REACH Data cleaning guidelines.
- Receiving and reviewing project data including validating incoming data for accuracy and ensuring the
secure storage of validated data.
- Overseeing DQOs including ensuring DQOs are effectively reviewing incoming data in compliance with data
quality and validation processes and providing support and training to DQOs in data cleaning, management
and merging.
- Identify, collate, and integrate relevant secondary data including REACH’s open-source databases in the
ART platform to ensure synergies of different information sources.
- Develop and disseminate monthly analysis reports including monthly (or weekly) atmospheric and conflict
dynamics mapping and monthly market trends mapping.
- Manage ongoing use of project data including ensuring data is made accessible and provided to relevant
project and external stakeholders through scheduled reporting and ad-hoc requests, and compliance with data
dissemination and management SoPs.
- Present data to internal staff and external stakeholders including visualizing project data, integrating GIS
maps with the support from REACH’s GIS staff, developing project data presentations, and delivering
presentations to relevant staff and stakeholders.
- Setting up the KMS working with the DevResults team including identifying needs and gap in data
requirements for the KMS, installation and testing of the KMS, and installation of key data indicators into the
KSM to be used for the ART project.
- Ongoing management of the KMS including identifying and integrating GIS related need to the KMP, linking
KMS with secondary data sources, and identifying and communicating information gaps and system
weaknesses to ensure the KMS meets the ongoing needs of the ART project.

- Designing and implementation for the Jordan Maternal Mortality Response Information system.
- Designing and implementation for the Outreach Information system.
- Build the capacity of the Stakeholders on the JMMSR IS.
- Build the capacity of the implementer partners on Outreach IS.
- Manage and administer the infrastructure and Database for JMMSR IS and Outreach IS.
- provide training on all JMMSR users at all levels of implementation.
- Working with Monitoring and Evaluation Team to manage the collected data and calculate project indicators.
- Coach and train users on Health Management Information System.
Working on technical documentation for the Information system and user manual for each system.
- Data Management and data quality check (completeness, accuracy, sensitivity, and security compliance).
