Recruited as an MEP Project Manager to successfully plan, manage, execute, complete and handover multiple strategic projects related to infrastructure, energy performance contracts and retrofits for Metro projects, high rise towers, and other commercial facilities. Managed approximately an annual P&L of SAR 50M.
• Spearheaded construction of SAR 8.5M metro stations in Riyadh, KSA. Generated approximately SAR 472K in annual savings by employing a new procedure that streamlined the business's vendor relationships.
• Successfully delivered a SAR 7.5M water conversion project for RTCC company one week ahead of schedule and under SAR 200K budget.
• Managed the construction of a SAR 600K Al-Nadec Olive oil Mill project from inception to completion, asserting successful delivery within a timeline.
• Supervised an onsite workforce of 51 employees, including engineers and labourers.
Directed small project teams using both internal and external resources to deliver solutions to clients in collaboration with Schneider Electric factories located globally. The projects were to manufacture, deliver and commission small to large electrical distribution packages (including but not limited to MV, LV, and Power Solutions) with high levels of system integration on construction sites or within existing facilities.
• Managed execution of multiple projects of SAR 100M Annual P&L.
• Received an appreciation letter from the client (SIBCO Pepsi Co.) for ensuring on-time delivery of SAR 14.5M worth of medium voltage scope to one of the largest PEPSI bottling plants in the world.
• Led successful supply and commissioning of medium and low voltage solution (Switchgears, oil type transformer, MDB & MCC Panels, Power factor correction panel, MV Variable speed drives) for Tabuk cement factory for strategic client Veolia Water Solution & Technology.
• Simultaneously led two large scale Saudi electric company sub-stations projects (8231 Al Marooj 132kV/13.8Kv, 8281 Al Hayer 132kV/13.8kV) a collective budget of SAR 42M, both of which were closed on time and under budget by SAR 80K.
