I got promotion as a sale supervisor from 1st oct, 2015 to till date on the base of my excellent performance as a senior order booker. My responsibilities are mention below.
● Daily meeting with order bookers about DOR.(Daily operational review)
● WOR(weekly operatinal review) discussed as weekly basis.
● In MOR(monthly operational review) I discussed with owner about bottom ups and planning for next month target
Daily checked and signed the market invoices.
Maintain the market discount average with allotted discount.
Conformation of HELT(health, education, leasures, travel) HORECA(hotel, restaurent, catering) and B&I(business and institautions) customers.
Maintain Sales Target & No of Customer visit.
New Customer Activation
Acquire new Nestle Professional customers
Develop and implement an action plan for each key customer
Visit customers according to the schedule and produce required reporting to area manager
Provide feedback from customers to area sale manager.
Monitor market and competition and provide required reporting to line manager
Competitor analysis & cross check of price accuracy
Right products at the right time at the price for the right peoples
Availability of stock
Manage discounts and offers reports of different companies in excel sheet
Trail of new products in market and taken Customer feedback will be shared with area sale manager.
Arrange meeting of area sale manager with key accounts and other customers for price issue or availability of stock.
Reconcile the FMR(fixed market return), claim and W.H tax with area manager.
Daily checking of stock from NPDMS(nestle professional distribution management system) before booking and inform juniors order booker about stock report
Take care of unreleased stock.
Full command on all phase of hayatabad, university road, university town and university of peshawar markets.
