Supervise the subsidiaries of the company, and work with the managements of those companies on preparing yearly budgets and cash flows and follow up to insure that they are meeting their company’s targets.
Prepare financial analysis, business plans, feasibility studies, sensitivity analysis for new project and investment opportunities. And make the investment recommendation.
Manage the company’s Private Equity portfolio, prepare a quarterly update report on the PE companies in the portfolio
Manage the accounting process of the company.
Manage bank accounts, loans and facilities.
Manage the company’s Cash flows, payables and receivable.
Prepare budget and forecasts
Prepare the pricing for the bids for new contracts.
Target potential customers (calls, meetings) to open new accounts.

Prepare daily market watch and market focus reports.
Prepare daily analysis and recommendation for currencies.
