•LTE Technical Project Manager “ Managing the implementation of 210 LTE sites for Zain-KSA Over North Region from A to Z.
•Managing all the 2G/3G/MBB/Expansion projects over all the North Region.
•Managing and Following-up the implementation of All MBB+NRR Huawei sites during 2011-2013 .
•HSPA+ Project Manager " Managing the upgrading of All Huawei MBB sites at R3 to DC-HSPA+ "42 Mbps" during 2011 - 2013.
•Managing the installation process of the WRFU/MTRU modules & EBBI/EBBC cards & adding the 2nd carrier & Enabling DC-HSPA+ from RNC side for the whole HSPA+ project.
•Managing the NEC transmition links upgrade for 364 MBB sites related to the DC-HSPA+ project.
•Following-up and Managing the implementation for more than 500 GSM/UMTS sites from 2008-2011 .
•Managing and Supervising the installation & commissioning & integration of 17 Motorola BSC & RXCDR & PCU & 2 RNC's & all Indoor & Outdoor BTS sites, and participating in the trials and testing of the backhaul systems from A-Z.
•Managing and following up of All BSC & RNC & RXCDR Expansion and 2G & 3G Expansion for more than 500 sites during the last 2 years .
•Managing and following up of the implementation for more than 25 IBS sites .
•Supervising & following-up of the implementation & recommend the Quality of installation of the Core & Nodes sites and Indoor & Outdoor GSM solutions.
•Provide a recommendation of the Quality of the installation for All Huawei New sites .
•Huawei 3G node B & fiber node B, Motorola Horizon macro 2 & Horizon micro 2 BTS cabinets installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
•Identify Gaps/Bottlenecks on the Project implementation Plan/Progress and convey to Direct Manager in order To take a quick action avoid any delay in the project forecast schedules/time frame.
•Supervise the BSS installation on the field and commissioning & Reports any showstoppers or technical difficulties & confronting obstacles.
•Managing the Hand Over of the RFS sites with the MS team with a full arrangements with all Departments from Zain side & the Vendors & 3rd parity.
•Providing consultancy of rollout teams for the technical issues & confronting obstacles.
•Quality control and quality assurance by devising rules for the desired level of quality needed to indemnify a proper operation for the network and to prevent future deficiencies or conflicts in the deployed network, and then take care of this quality level and assure deploying these quality rules in the field by controlling the work performed by the vendor’s subcontractors.
•Direct the vendor teams for a realistic approach to get the defined target & modify the plan depend on the situation of progress & external influences.
•Improving the internal communication between the vendor representatives and partners to hasten the project movement.
•Acceptance team leader of the North Region for 3 monthes .
•Perform PAT/FAT for more than 700 sites in Zain Project .
•Perform PAT/FAT for more than 20 BSC & 20 RXCDR & 2 RNC's & 5 Huawei BSC & 5 Huawei TC in Zain Project .
•Managing the PAT/PAC procedure and ensure all related documents for the sites are provided to Zain Office.
•Perform supervision and acceptance for BSC and RNC equipment used in the project.
•BSS Acceptance engineer for Huawei BSC6900 & TC & BTS3900 & DBS3900 & Huawei RNC& Huawei 3G NodeB & fiber node B & Motorola BSC & RXCDR & PCU & Horizon macro 2 & Horizon micro 2 BTS cabinets .
•Acceptance Engineer for NEC Passolink-iPaso, Huawei RTN Equipment's.
