responsible for selling across SCHON™s properties (Dubai Lagoon apartments, Schon business park retail) to investors.
Collect full details of property which includes photo shooting, arranging viewings, showing the property to potential investors.
Work on the CRM system and follow up customers.
Search for potential customers through advertising and e-marketing.
Invite customers to the company's headquarters or meet them at the construction site.
Push the customer to take a decision the same day.
Initial contract processing and all required documents and receipt of payments from the client.

Selling company project in Italia Turkey and suburbia for Damac in Jabelali Dubai.
Invite prospective clients to the company and interview them and sit with them for an adequate period and push them to make a purchase decision.
Follow-up of customers until the collection of the first installment and real estate registration fees.
Encourage customers to nominate potential clients.
Meeting the target each month
90 minutes presentation with each client explaining about the time share program, and close the deal immediately.
Excellent communication skills
Dealing with multi-national clients.
Following up with the clients to close the deal.
Collect the payment from the clients to close the deals.
