To maintain the Electrical/ Electronic solutions.

Maintains Electrical store disciplining employees, monitoring, and appraising job results.
To manage the energy conservation through increased efficient use

➢ Design, Implement, Maintain and Improve Electrical Instruments, Equipment
facilities products and system for commercial industrial and domestic purpose.
➢ Direct and coordinate manufacturing construction installation maintenance support documentation and testing activities.
➢ Supervise and train project team member as necessary.
➢ Efforts to ensure projects completed on time and within budget.
➢ Monitor all Electrical corrective and preventive maintenance activities. To report the working of all electrical and electronics equipment on the basis of information collected from his subordinate.
➢ To maintain the workshop inventory and update the electric spare parts available in the workshop.
➢ Monitor and report the condition and quantity of all the electric tools and equipment pertaining to the department.
➢ To make rough sketches of electrical wirings/circuits diagrams for the fabrication or installation of new equipment in assistance of Electric Engineer.
➢ To participate in ISO 9001 and 1400 related awareness and implementation activities.
➢ To participate in TQM awareness and implementation activities.

Reduce the unexpected shutdown time of machine by editing the annual preventive maintenance schedule & timely replacing the moving parts
➢ Ensure continuous and efficient operations of all electric & electronic equipments / machines.
➢ Develop preventive maintenance plans / schedules according to machine maintenance standards.
➢ Ensure maintenance activities are performed according to maintenance procedure
➢ Managing & Monitoring machinery spare parts inventory for preventive maintenance & control the minimum breakdown time of production machinery.
➢ Ensure that all tools and equipment pertaining to the department are in good working conditions
➢ Responsible for troubleshooting & Fault rectification of PLCs, AC and DC drives, Power supply and control Cards, PFI & Electric power supply panels, UPS, Air compressors and Generators etc
➢ Delegate Job assignment to junior staff.)
