Duties:
• Carrying out all types of repair work mainly engines, drive trains, electrical troubleshooting, brake systems and other repairs.
• Assisting Foreman / Service Advisors on proper repair order write-ups.
• Perform accurate routine maintenance work and repair procedures.
• Daily Reception operations, Managing Appointments, walk in customers.
• Estimations, Approvals, Parts Availability.
• Workshop job order processing Jobs distribution.
• Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards and customer demand.
• Workshop productivity & eficiency, utilization reports through DMIS.
• Reviewing Creating technical reports FTR, PPR, warranty claims.
• Revenue planning of monthly individual target.
• Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition.
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
