iMonitor solutions is into manufacturing and selling IOT(Internet of things) implementations.
Responsibilities -

1. New Acquisitions - Built a pipeline of prospective customers.
While building a pipeline looked into presenting the solutions, by getting the customer aware of the need of having an IOT solution, get him interested and make sure iMonitor solutions is placed as a consideration when he makes his decision.

2. Identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders - Key stakeholders being builders, architects and interior designers. Have built excellent relations with all the above within Delhi - NCR.

3. Post sales responsibilities - making sure there are no service complaints from existing customers. Also have made successful recommendations in up-selling and cross-selling certain products to existing customers, contributing to sales of other departments.

4. Have been actively involved in market research and have contributed in providing effective market insights to the company.

5. Have made a number of recommendations to marketing the product online such has having a website, e-brochures and representing various iMonitor products online. Looking into Search Engine Optimizing online assets, since google search is the first place where people will enquire about the product.
