Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Principals & other Suppliers to develop & enhance specifications for equipmentquoted
• Preparing presentations on geotechnical techniques and equipment used for presentation to potential clients byBDMs
• Updatinglessonslearntchecklists&flowchartsfollowingeachsale
• Organise the logistics coordinator to establish a database of transportation prices (sea, air & land) for each GCC destination & product line to speed rapidquotations
o Estimating "ations
• Liaising with the Company’s international partners on site issues, soil conditions being encountered by clients and potential customers, to identify appropriate products & services to be offered, their specifications, delivery periods &pricing.
• Obtaining further quotations from Principals (if not covered inDistribution Agreements), other Suppliers and freight forwarders (through Logistics Coordinator) for equipment, components and services required for completing quotes to potentialcustomers.
• Estimating total costs associated with each quotation, maintaining clear records of each estimate in standard Excel format on the Company’s Dropbox, applyinggrossprofitmarginsasdirectedbytheMD
• Organising the preparation of marketing collateral (brochures, letters, emails, mailshots &advertising).
• Preparing and delivering presentations, seminars & masterclasses to specialist soils contractors, general contractors, developers, geotechnical engineers & consultants on the merits of particular geotechnical techniques that can be done by the equipment sold by theCompany.
• Attending industry seminars, exhibitions, trade shows & conferences from time to time to network, identify new leads, and make new contacts and to present the Company at suchevents.
o After-‐SalesActivities(workinginconjunctionwithLogisticsCoordinator)
• LiaisonwithCustomersondeliverydates, handoversandcommissioning
• Commissioning of delivered machinery working in conjunction with the Company’s Principals and the Company’s outsourced service provider (GGE), with the aim in the medium term of handing over commissioning activities toGGE
• Supportingthe Logistics Coordinator in thesubmittalofPro-‐formaInvoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documentation to Banks (if payment through LCs) and Customers to allow customs clearance of deliveredequipment.
• Coordination with Logistics Coordinator of Equipment Servicing requested by Customers and provided throughGGE
o Reporting
• Reporting through www.salesforce.com on all inputs to each sales &after-‐sales activity promptly, with follow ups calls andmeetings alsopromptlylogged.
• Reporting on updates on sales supportdocumentation
o ComplementaryProducts
• Identification of complementary products & services that the Company could offer to augment sales as Middle Eastdistributors.
• Liaising with suppliers of approved complementary products to secure offers and pricing. Promoting & quoting approved complementary products to potential customers of pilingtools.

• Drilling & Grouting Works, Compaction Grouting, Ground anchors and Rock bolts for 50m deep excavations in MRT Stations, Kuala Lumpur.
• Secant Bore Pile, Continuous Bore Pile, Drilling and Grouting Works for Commercial and residential project on behalf No.1 MalaysiaBerhad Development.
• Drilling and Grouting works, Compaction Grouting, Micro Piles, Soil Nails. For IKEA.
• CBP Piles, Foundation Piles, Jet grout Columns &Ground Anchor works for Melawati Mall, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect the entire work as shift in-charge.
• Responsible for the Production of Piling & Diaphragm Wall Work.
• Finalizing work location and utilization of piling machineries efficiently.
• Keep a check to the adherence to environmental laws regarding infrastructure of each project.
• Solve client problems.
• Maintain HSE rules during the entire operation.
• Maintain the quality standard to perfection.
Types of Jobs executed:
• Piling & civil work for Reliance Petro Chemical project, Dahej Gujarat on behalf of one of the well-known Pioneers in Underground Foundation Works, handling Piling & Pile Caps work for Airport Projects, Metro Projects, Highway projects & High Rise Residential projects.
Responsibilities:
• Make preparation of planning of overall Piling Work for residential towers.
• Execute Pile Caps Work.
• Take up Civil Work up to Podium Levels.
• Implementing Time Management to ensure completion within the time Schedule given.
• Monitor and inspect all work from commencement to completion.
• Ensure & Manage Safety during Handling Tasks.
• Verify site Measurements.
• Prepare & Check Bills of various contractors and sub-contractors and vendors.
• Adhere to Bar-bending Schedules.
• Develop Basic Sheets of calculations for estimation.
• Compile Data & co-ordinate with authorized bodies.
