My Responsibilities:
•Perform Project Control tasks including project planning, scheduling on Primavera/EDDR (Engineering Documents Deliverables Register), risk analysis of project schedules, tasks related to cost reporting, cost estimation including calculate contingency related to cost estimate, project status reporting and all tasks related to back up documentation required for invoicing according to Company's requirements Engineering Phase milestones achievement & Guiding
• Weekly Target to Engineering & Procurement Team and Taking Follow-up by Leads & Department Managers, Updating EDDR, Procurement Register & P6 Schedule
• Monitoring & Evaluating the Work progress and Updating Actual progress Of Engineering and correcting out-of-sequence activities + to produce and Update all Progress Measurement System (PMS).
•Directs preparation of specific Payment Proposals, Tax Invoices, Updating Invoice Structure Monthly & Assistance to Finance & Cost Control Department in developing PPBG Calculation, Forecast Cash Flow & Tax Invoice.

2. HYDROGEN REFULLING STATION PROJECT

My Responsibilities:
• Development of All PMS and Updating EDDR, PSR, SCR and CSR All Register & P6 Schedule Baseline
•Directs preparation of specific Payment Proposals, Tax Invoices, Updating Invoice Structure Monthly & Assistance to Cost Control Department in developing SES, PPBG Calculation and other client’s requirements for budgeting standards.
• Responsible for preparing and presenting reports, such as Payment Proposal, Invoicing Structure, Forecast Cash Flow & Tax Invoice.
• Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Report, Client MOMs & Presentations.
1. PROJECT: BAB 485 MBD SUSTAINABLE FACILITIES PROJECT (ADNOC)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Working with Tender Department Team & Project Control Manager in Preparation of Tender Stage Planning Package includes (All Level 1, 2, 3 Schedules, S-Curves, Manpower Histograms, Equipment Deployment etc.)
• Providing necessary assistance to Estimation team in preparation of Technical Bid, preparation of manpower and equipment histogram project schedule including S. Curves, Chart as per Tender scope of work.
• Development and Update of Baseline Schedules (Engineering, Procurement & Construction + Modifying the negative float if occurs) using PRIMAVERA (P6) and MS Excel.
• Conducting Time Analysis Using DELTEK Forensic Report, Identifying Delay Analysis and Preparing Contingency Plans, KPI Reports, 30, 60, 90 Days Plan.
• Assisting the Project Controls Manager to produce and Update all Progress Measurement System (PMS) including Pipeline, Piping, Wells etc.
• Making Weekly and Monthly forecast Estimation Plan using Backlog Analysis in accordance with Recovery Plan Schedule & Monitoring it to Execution Stage.
• Progress monitoring and Reporting Earned and Expended values.
• Monitoring & Evaluating the Work progress and its comparison to the approved baseline (Back-Log Analysis).
• Updating Actual progress on PRIMAVERA (P6) and correcting out-of-sequence activities + Assisting Lead Planner to put in Construction Register.
• Preparation of Daily, Monthly Reports and 3-weeks look-ahead Schedule.
• Most Important Assisting the Deputy Project Manager & Project Control Manager in Working Activities e.g. (Invoice Control & Risk Register)
2. PROJECT: ASAB FIELD DEVELOPMENT PHASE 2- STAGE II PROJECT (ADNOC)
Roles & Responsibilities
• EPC Project Starting from Engineering Phase responsible for Making Planning Package including All Appendix (Baseline Register, EDDR, Procurement Register, 90 Day look Ahead Engineering Schedule, Manpower Histogram, Manpower & Equipment Deployment Plan). etc.
• Developing and updating of Registers including (HAZOP, HAZID & 30, 60, 90% Model Review, TBE Register, MR Register, CMR Register). etc.
• Updating Monthly Baseline Schedule & Target Schedule Using PRIMAVERA P6 and Excel PMS Updated Reports.
• Preparing & Assisting on Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report & Three-weeks look- ahead Plan Reports.
• Follow up with Material Management team in line to synchronize construction works & material deliveries.
• Developing and Maintaining Temporary Site Facilities Plan & Schedule according to Client Requirements in conjunction with Shop Drawings. Etc.

PROJECT: BAB INTEGRATED FACILITIES PROJECT (ADNOC)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Development of Engineering, Procurement & Construction Schedules (Level II, III, & IV) in accordance with the work breakdown structure using Primavera (P6 V.18) & Establishment of key milestones. Resource & quantity loaded. Labor unit calculated by using company norms.
• Responsible for the Project Planning & Scheduling, Site Coordination, Client/Subcontractors, Presentation to top management on current & forecast works, Project Progress Analysis, progress monitoring & reporting. Day to day tasks assigned by management related to planning / project control.
• Preparation of Planning Package with all attached Appendixes as per procedure.
• Performing Forensics Analysis Report using Deltek Acumen.
• Preparation shutdown schedules using Primavera P6
• Update weekly monthly EPC P6 schedule along with Excel techniques.
• Preparation of WBS with Weight-age factors for progress monitoring.
• Implementing server-based progress measurement system for overall
construction progress.
• Prepare all necessary Graphs (“S” curves, Commodity curves, Histogram etc.)
required for the projects.
• To update the project current schedule on periodic basis.
• Prepare Progress Measurement System (PMS), Weekly Commodity & Manpower
reports.
• Plan by following up the Implementation & paying attention to Progress & quality of the work completion.
• Progress monitoring and reporting of planned, earned, and expended values.
• Preparation of project control documents i.e., Daily/Weekly Reports.
• Reviews weekly/monthly subcontractor’s reports and assesses schedule vs
progress, delay factors & forecasting of balance works.
• Reviews subcontractors P6 Schedules & planning packages.
• Follow up with Material Management team in line to synchronize construction

• EOT Claims Time Impact Analysis, Impact As Planned
• Maintaining good working relationship with co-workers & Staff.
• Responsible for compiling project-related documents & materials, taking follow
up to the daily plan by keeping team well informed in preparation of contracts
and request for proposals/quotations.
• Prepare regular reports on project's status in coordination with the Contractor's Planning Engineer and Manager. Participate in the weekly and monthly progress meetings, presentations, and discussions.

PROJECT: ± 660KV HVDC TRANSMISSION LINE (CHINA STATE GRID)
Roles & Responsibilities
Read scope, Develop & implement the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & activity list.
Analysis of Critical path & near Critical paths.
Ensuring all the Electrical Technical documentation is in accordance with
the daily project Planning and requirement for Quality, rules & regulation, standards, and codes.
Monitoring and Inspection of work Programs and status, checking project execution plan in coordination with Technical Engineers and Project Management Function.
Report Daily, Weekly, Monthly Electrical Work Activity to Authorities by Checking Of Activity at Site.
Reporting to Project Director to Coordinate and Supervise Daily Operations. Monitoring and Tracking Projects Tasks & Activities by Keeping Records and Analysis.
Ensure full technical understanding and scope definition against contract for Execution & planning/scheduling.

• Supervision of various Electrical works, Installation and Maintenances of Electrical systems in Substation and Switch Yard including power transformers (auxiliary), Isolators Switches, Circuit Breakers, Surge Arresters, Power Line Carrier (PLC), CTs, PTs & Control systems (Panels, Switchgears, instruments).
• Responsible for the Project Planning & Scheduling, kick off meetings, Plant Coordination, Client/Subcontractors, Presentation to top management on current & forecast works, Project Progress Analysis, progress monitoring & reporting. Day to day tasks assigned by management related to planning / project control.
• Prepare all necessary Graphs (“S” curves, Histogram etc.) required for the projects.
