• Weekly Target to Engineering & Procurement Team and Taking Follow-up by Leads & Department Managers, Updating EDDR, Procurement Register & P6 Schedule
• Monitoring & Evaluating the Work progress and Updating Actual progress Of Engineering and correcting out-of-sequence activities + to produce and Update all Progress Measurement System (PMS).

•Directs preparation of specific Payment Proposals, Tax Invoices, Updating Invoice Structure Monthly & Assistance to Cost Control Department in developing SES, PPBG Calculation and other client’s requirements for budgeting standards.
• Responsible for preparing and presenting reports, such as Payment Proposal, Invoicing Structure, Forecast Cash Flow & Tax Invoice.
• Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Report, Client MOMs & Presentations.

1. PROJECT: BAB 485 MBD SUSTAINABLE FACILITIES PROJECT (ADNOC)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Working with Tender Department Team & Project Control Manager in Preparation of Tender Stage Planning Package includes (All Level 1, 2, 3 Schedules, S-Curves, Manpower Histograms, Equipment Deployment etc.)
• Providing necessary assistance to Estimation team in preparation of Technical Bid, preparation of manpower and equipment histogram project schedule including S. Curves, Chart as per Tender scope of work.
• Development and Update of Baseline Schedules (Engineering, Procurement & Construction + Modifying the negative float if occurs) using PRIMAVERA (P6) and MS Excel.

• EPC Project Starting from Engineering Phase responsible for Making Planning Package including All Appendix (Baseline Register, EDDR, Procurement Register, 90 Day look Ahead Engineering Schedule, Manpower Histogram, Manpower & Equipment Deployment Plan). etc.
• Developing and updating of Registers including (HAZOP, HAZID & 30, 60, 90% Model Review, TBE Register, MR Register, CMR Register). etc.
• Updating Monthly Baseline Schedule & Target Schedule Using PRIMAVERA P6 and Excel PMS Updated Reports.
