1- SMSC & MCN/NotifyMe systems migration (Planning, design and implementation)
2- Home Device Management system migration - For Home Routers management.
3- Development of a new portal for Over The Air (OTA) - SIM cards management
4- SPN change / APDUs preparation (for multi SIM vendors with different GSM encoding algorithms)

1- Manage migration projects and acceptance tests of telecom Nodes during swap.

5- Development of full provisioning web portal for mobile SIM cards provisioning and management.
6- Development and maintenance of charging gateways and processes.
7- System integrations between billing (BSCS) and value added services nodes

9- VAS services and promotions, development and implementation.
10- Design and development of electronic draw applications
11- Finger print capture application
12- Development of Point of Sales (POS) system
13- SIM registration tool over mobile devices

1- Machine readable zone (for ID cards and passports) for quicker SIM registration process over Android devices

• Improvement of requests processing and reducing their response time.
A. Create and develop a full parking management System
1 - Software part: (VB.Net, SQL Server 2005, Infragistics)
2- Hardware part: ticket Dispensers (EL9000), Ticket Reader (EL4000), Access Control (Roger), Barriers.
