• Provide IT assistance and hardware and software troubleshooting to DRC staff and infrastructure
• Setup internet and local network
• Format and install drivers (including printers\scanners drivers) and relevant softwares for new Laptops\desktops
• Server administration and setup

• Carry out research and information gathering on topics of relevance to the project, as needed.

- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
- Managing and maintaining a windows server 2008 environment.
- Administration of active directory, DNS server wins server, DHCP server, ftp server, file server, print server, antivirus server and terminal server.
- End-user support for hardware, software and windows operating systems.
- Maintaining and managing multimedia projectors, smart board & document cameras.
