After blistering success as a marketing consultant, I was promoted to Chief Managing Consultant.The CMC oversaw human resources, sales and marketing, public relations and business expansion. The job required to make sure the human resource is effective and efficient. I was responsible for making new recruitment as well. Sales team was to be trained at a training session once every month. The more I spent on marketing, there was supposed to be an increase in sales. It was a two way street. The results were supposed to be in coordination with the spending. I was responsible for new acquisitions and new set-ups.
I managed to uplift the company and revenues increased by almost 200% in 2014. The company is the market leader in Kupwara as of now and the customer base is ever increasing and strengthening.
I attend university till 12 pm and work from 2 pm to 8 pm on Mondays-Fridays. I am committed to my work and love the job that I do but would definitely love to get some global work experience.
As a marketing consultant for Hilal Electronics, I was required to make the firm name popular and was given an independent status. The job demanded aggressive marketing since the firm was not doing well in sales. It was an uphill task and required intelligent hard work and some unprecedented marketing strategies. The marketing consultant was responsible for the change ( positive or negative ) in sales. That is to say if you did well, you were kept on, else you were supposed to get fired the same day sales plummeted. It was a target specific job and the objective was to put Hilal Electronics on the local business map
Joined the university in 2012 for four year undergraduate course in Computer Science and Engineering. Will finish the degree in august 2016.
I had five subjects in class 12. English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.
I had five subjects in class 10 and graduated top of the class among male graduates.
