Client & Project: Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy. Lusail Iconic Stadium. (FIFA-2022) Duties & Responsibilities at Lusail Stadium: • Preopening of Lusail iconic stadium with 85k seating capacity & successfully take handover the Mechanical, HVAC & Plumbing assets with all the relevant information from the contractor. • Documentation review of OMM, training manuals & handover documents, Preparation of CDF, Asset register, Spare parts technical evaluation & other necessary reports. • QCDD inspection reports and checklist & follow up with the third parties testing for successful renewal of the buildings. • Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken. • FIFA tournament schedules and the daily routine tasks completed and coordination with all the associated parties to make the event successful. Preparation of Dot plan for the matches, events & other concerts from Kick off to end. • Preparation of Deviation tracker, utility consumption report and other reports for FIFA events. • Planning, Controlling & monitoring of temperature in all areas during the events & immediately respond to the calls. • Space handover and bump in reports for FIFA, Hospitalities, F&B, Concessions & other third parties associated. Operation & maintenance of stadium utilities including: • Cooling systems including ETS, AHUs, CRAC, FCU, CSU & Ecology units. • Sub air system, Cold storage, pressurization units & dosing systems. • Condensing units, Calorifiers & filtration units. • Domestic, irrigation & CHW water network system. • Firefighting systems including DPS, NOVEC, Pre-action, Foam & Fire Ansul system. • Kitchen utilities including ice maker machines, Ballast chillers & various other systems. • Fuel oil system for Diesel generators including Day tanks & bulk tanks. International Events & concerts: During the FIFA-2022 I was responsible for the overall operation & Maintenance of HVAC, Plumbing & Mechanical Equipment’s in Lusail Stadium & supporting role at Al Bayt Stadium. • FIFA tournament Matches in lusail stadium. • FIFA Tournament Matches in Al Bayt Stadium. • Volunteer Event concert at Lusail stadium • Lusail Super cup matches at Lusail stadium with full in-house capacity of 80k spectators.

Pre-opening of National Bank of Oman(HQ) and successfully take handover with all the assets, working area & other relevant information from the contractor. Coordinate with testing commissioning team and vendors during handover stage, Review and comment on the Contractor is testing and commissioning results and advice the Project Director accordingly. Preparation of Daily site reports & MMR (monthly schedule reports) submitted to clients, which include electricity, water consumption, diesel consumption, store inventory, manpower reports, assets updation & inventory, PPM, BDM and all other related information. Undertake final project snagging and prepare a list of defects for the Contractor’s action.
To coordinate & follow up with supplier, MEP contractors, to get quotation/LPO/invoicing to carry out the work. Monitor, manage, maintain, and keep records of all equipment, tools, materials, and spare parts on the assigned site. Execute the assigned work orders within the defined SLAs and ensure that work orders are closed on time and escalated as and when necessary. Well versed in Smart FM (CAFM) and generation of day-to-day preventive maintenance, break down schedules, store inventory and generation of Material requests form.
Carries out operation and maintenance of all mechanical plants, equipment and all other building services within the hospital complex. Ensures compliance with the Facilities Safety Policy for all work carried out within the hospital complex. Specialized knowledge of HVAC systems, Chillers, AHV, FCU and all related control of mechanical equipment’s (VRV and VAV). Experienced in water treatment (RO) maintenance and operation. Experienced of Fire Fighting Protection System maintenance and operation. Practical experience of maintenance and operation of Diesel generators. Practical experience of piped medical gases supply equipment. Practical and technical experience of various pumps and diesel operated generators. Provides monthly reports to Director Officer. Experienced in CAFM (Computer aided facilities management) to maintain the schedules of PPM, BDM, machine cards, history records, budget etc.
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical and other installed systems. Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs. Operation & maintenance of HVAC utilities like Water-cooled chillers, Fan coil units, AHU, FAHU units, ventilation fans, Heating units, primary & secondary pumps etc.
Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations. Monitor and supervise HVAC preventive Maintenance contracts. Respond to emergencies. Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken. Operation & maintenance of HVAC utilities like Air-cooled chillers, Water cooled chillers, Fan coil units, AHU, FAHU units, ventilation fans, Heating units, primary & secondary pumps etc. O&M of Building management system. (Siemens Software). Single stage, Multi stage pumps, Multimedia filtration, Atrium pool pumps and all related pumps. Drainage Sump pumps and Flood gating system. Duplex diesel pumping system and troubleshooting of diesel filling process. Irrigation system and troubleshoot of ESP-LXME controller. Operation and maintenance of Diesel generators. (1000KVA-1600KVA). Operation & distribution of LV power system including MDB and changeover procedure from transformer to Generator & vice-versa. Fire alarm (FM-200, VESDA) & Firefighting system. Operation and maintenance of air compressors. (BMU)Building maintenance, Cradle Unit & Hydraulic Lift (Dock leveler).
• Successfully completed Microsoft data center at TCDC pune of 33000 sq.Ft. Where I was responsible for installation of all HVAC equipment’s.
• Successfully completed Synechron Technologies pune phase-3 where I was responsible for installation of all HVAC & mechanical related equipment’s.
• Installation of CRAC units, CSU’s, AHUS, Supply & Exhaust Fans as per approved drawings.
• Testing & commissioning coordination with third party vendors and ensure all the parameters within the design approvals.
• Project Planning, Monitoring installation of HVAC, Plumbing and Drainage works in accordance with approved shop drawings.
• Ensuring work is executed in accordance with the contract specifications, design approved Shop drawing, agreed procedures and method statements.
• Maintain and update the Shop Drawing Log, Review Shop Drawing, submittals, and Raising RFIs with Consultant.
• Participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents.
• Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested or required.
• Operating machines like Evaporator, ultra-Filtration and juice stabilization machine.
• Monitoring and maintaining of daily logbooks of above machines.
• Handling C.I.P. procedures for above machines.
• Directing the Activities and Productivity of a Department or Entire Organization.
• Attending and Presiding Over Meetings and Participate In Strategic Planning,
• Supervise work execution and carrying out mechanical routine jobs, troubleshooting to mechanical faults.
• Report on workloads, participating in project reviews and giving advice to project manager
