Formulation & implementation of sales plans to deepen the existing relationships as well as to identify the new opportunities for achievement of branch’s multi-dimensional targets (deposits, advances, profit)
Periodical review of operational activities in light of audit reports and contribute to enforce the internal controls in the branch operations as per the Bank & SBP guidelines (KYC, AML, Business Continuity Plan
Managing Cash Holding Position, H.O Reconciliation, Effective Implementation of Controls to nullify any possibility of fraud and forgery, Implementation of KYC and AML Regulations of Central bank.
Expenses and Budget Control & Fixed Asset Management and Depreciation of various assets.


Accounts Department
Responsible for complete compliance of branch activity on daily basis and oversee and manage office support services.
Managing Cash Holding Position, H.O Reconciliation, Effective Implementation of Controls to nullify any possibility of fraud and forgery, Implementation of KYC and AML Regulations of Central bank.
Liaison with Area office, Treasury, HR and third parties regarding financial and administrative matters of the branch.
Credits Officer
My responsibilities include to look after the entire credit portfolio of the branch including processing of fresh credit proposals both Commercial and SME's, similarly, monitoring the existing credit lines, maintenance of security documents of all the borrowers

Forex Officer
Responding to all quires from SBP / branches / regions regarding all trade related transaction.
Monitor complete process of all SBP forex reporting.
Focus on Continuous Improvement
Providing product information to the branch officers on foreign exchange returns - ITRS.
