MEP engineer on the followings projects:

b) L’heritage de Abdel Wahab, Ashrafyeh

These projects consist of Luxuries residential apartments for a minimum of 350 m2 min. for each, swimming pools, fountains, landscape gardens, VRV AC system, private pools, BMS system, synchronized backup generators, RO plant, firefighting system, heating system, boilers, one managing station for all buildings through smart system, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
a) Design review and editing
b) Shop drawing evaluation
c) Value engineering for each project
d) Site supervision on daily ongoing works to ensure timely and cost effective execution.
e) Coordination with all trades in order to avoid deviation from schedule and cost.
f) Cost control for all MEP systems and contractors.
g) Quality control for executed works
h) Revision of all necessary details in order to predict any possible conflict and provide the suitable technical solution.
i) Supervision and Monitoring of Testing and commissioning
j) Monitoring the time track progress of the ongoing work in order to avoid delays
k) Meeting with the client in order to provide applicable and cost saving solutions for their requirements
l) Providing variation order with a proper schedule for new modified apartments.
m) Providing final handing over for each tenant.
n) Responsibility of all license, municipality, EDL and telephone connection of the project.

Mechanical engineer on the followings projects:
a) Sunset Gardens, Ramlet Al-Bayda
b) Bahri Gardens 2, Rawche
c) Horizon Tower, Ain Al-Mraysseh
d) Eden Gardens, Downtown
These projects consist of Luxuries residential apartments for a minimum of 500 m2 min. for each, swimming pools, fountains, landscape gardens, VRV AC system, private pools, BMS system, synchronized backup generators, RO plant, firefighting system, heating system, Boilers, one managing station for all buildings through smart system, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
a) Design editing
b) Shop drawing
c) Site supervision, execution control and follow up, coordination with other trades and manage resources based on the project schedule.
d) Controlling and managing all procurement work.
e) Electro-mechanical coordination and supervision on all electro-mechanical items through tendering and execution.
f) As built drawing
g) Testing and commissioning.

Job Description: Mechanical engineer on the following projects:
a) Abdullah Umran Ahmed Hospital
b) Al Barsha Tower

Job Responsibilities:
a) Design for HVAC system based on SMACNA, ASHREE code & HAP program
(Duct design, Grill size selection, Grill distribution, cooling capacity load, sizing for chilled water pipe).
b) Design for Plumbing systems based on International Plumbing Code.
c) Design for Fire Fighting system based on NFPA code. (Sprinkler distribution, pipe sizing…)
