o Scope: Construction of full building from enabling works, structure, finishes to authority inspections and handover

o Consultant: M/s. National Engineering Bureau
Description:
o Understanding the Contract & manipulating it in to plan
o Reading given drawings, Contract and BOQ to extract required information and incorporate into Baseline
Schedule
o Development of plan for Tender submission using PRIMAVERA (P6)
o Development of Baseline Programme using Software PRIMAVERA (P6) for monitoring and controlling
o Detail Resource Estimation based on standard productivity norms
o Resource Loading in PRIMAVERA (P6) plan
o Getting Progress updates from concerned personal and uploading on Primavera P6
o Checking planned VS actual progress & Earned Value
o Preparation of Recovery Plans
o Identifies update requirement of manpower, direct materials, direct consumable and equipment
based on 3-months look ahead plan
o Preparation of all weekly & monthly progress reports
o Highlighting delays in updates every week for project manager action
o Submission of interim and final particulars based on submitted claim notices o Preparation of Consolidated Extension of Time Claim EOT
o Communication with site execution staff and incharge in a transparent manner o Communication with client and consultants for work related issues
