Activities and Responsibilities:
• Performing all design activities for both steel and concrete elements/structures.
• Project Manager Deputy.
• Resident Engineer Deputy.
• Technical revision of design and drawings for projects.
• Coordination with all trades involved in the project.
• Follow up and implementation of the client comments.
• Preparing, reviewing and finalizing of project shop drawings.
• Provide technical support to the site activities.
• Experience in concreting using the slip form technique and hollow core slab system.
• Experience in prestressed concrete girders (concreting, installation and loading test).
• Experience in piles work (concreting, installation and loading tests according to ASTM
preliminary and working pile load tests)
• Design and detailing for concrete components (Foundations, Retaining walls, Box
Culverts, Cores, Columns, Slabs, Stairs...).
• Design and detailing for steel structures with all related steel connections.
• Monitoring work time schedule and prepare work progress reports.
• Monitoring quantity surveying, BOQ.
• Participation in the contractual and technical meetings.
• Negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they
impact on other activities.
• Preparation of detailed calculation notes.
• Project documentation and archiving.

Civil Engineer on the following projects:
- Site Engineer on the construction of a water supply network using PVC pipes for more than 5, 000 houses in Baghdad, Iraq (Funded by German humanitarian organization APN).
- Site Engineer on the rehabilitation of sewage treatment plants in station in Al-Shohdaa and Al-Sidia Quarters in Baghdad, Iraq (Funded by UNICEF).
- Construction of classrooms and laboratories for the College of Agriculture, University of Baghdad, Iraq. - Site Engineer on the rehabilitation of sewage treatment plants in station in Al-Shorta and Al-Dora Quarters in Baghdad, Iraq (Funded by UNICEF).
