○ Implementing SiteCore content management for the online banking
● Implement software development best practices including but not limited, code quality control (SonarQube), CI/CD, automated testing, peer reviews …etc.
● Motivate and manage a team of 50+ resources
● Increased the total number of generated leads by 130% by building a rule based targeting engine.
● Coaching and mentoring the new team members to streamline with the internal processes and procedures
● End-to-End vendor management process from RFP, RFI and RFQ steps until the completion of engagement and/or building strategic partnership with the organization’s preferred vendors.
