1) To ensure that the approved Project Quality Plan is implemented on the project.
2) To prepare / develop QA/QC procedures and selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project
3) Coordinate with all relevant departments with connection to quality matter, report project status and concerns on regular basis
4) To ensure Quality Records / documents as required by Contract are maintained
5) To ensure that all measuring and testing devices being used on project
6) Attend technical meetings and make presentations
7) presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams
8) Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work
9) Coordinating with the client’s representatives, contractor and other project work disciplines to attain smooth flow of project executions and hitting target dates as per work base plan and schedule
10) Prepare activity plans to accomplish all work required to achieve the goals.
1) To perform duties of “Consultant Engineer/Expert” as per Client’s agreement with the Services & Supply Companies to supervise construction with the best professional and consulting standards to ensure that project site is completed satisfactorily.
2) Keeping record of all relevant documentation pertaining to the project including scope of work, conditions of contract, project execution plan, project schedule, etc.
3) Work within standard project planning/scheduling procedures and ensure that these procedures comply with contractual reporting requirements and, if not, modify accordingly.
4) To manage QC inspectors and to ensure that work carried out on site is in accordance to the latest approved documents e.g. Drawings, method statement, QA/QC procedures
5) Surveillance of ongoing civil works
6) Coordinate, supervise and monitor, staff, contractors and suppliers
7) Ensure quality control through regular monitoring and spot checking of material supplied at site
8) Carry out detailed final inspection of the works and recommend to the Client/its representative for issuance of completion certificate
9) Prepare and notify monthly/quarterly progress reports indicating compliance/non-compliance of standards and specifications and submit to the Client
1) To perform duties of “Engineer/Expert In-charge” as per Client’s agreement with the Water Users Associations (WUAs) to supervise construction with the best professional and consulting standards to ensure that the irrigation scheme is completed satisfactorily.
2) Review all design documents to assure quality control compliance with set quality standards.
3) Verify rate assessment of construction materials to be purchased by procurement committee for civil works.
4) Control the quality and the compliance of all works carried out on site as per the method statements approved
5) Ensure quality control through regular visits and spot checking of works under execution.
6) Review of the procedures related to the quality control and quality assurance
7) provide technical assistance and resolve all quality-related problems
8) Carry out detailed final inspection of the works and to certify final completion as per approved design, drawings, standards & specifications, technically sanctioned estimates and within approved quality standards.
9) Training on the quality control and quality assurance procedures
10) Prepare and notify monthly/quarterly progress reports indicating compliance/non-compliance of standards and specifications and submit to the Client/provincial management.
1) To coordinate quality control procedures with the institute heads for better management of the Polytechnic College and Technical Training Institutes/Centers in Districts Jhelum & Chakwal.
2) Keeping record of all relevant documentation pertaining to QA/AC of educational institutes.
3) Ensure quality control through regular monitoring the institute’s working
4) Preparation of district technical plan
5) Annual Repair/Special Repair work being carried out.
1) Designing of all irrigation Systems (Drip irrigation, Sprinkler irrigation, Bubbler irrigation, Mist irrigation Systems etc)
2) Quality assurance and on site Development of Irrigation systems.
