• Follow up with branches at end of day and check closing cash process.
• Follow up with branches at end of month for opening accounts problems and solve it.
• Support on online banking and online banking admin application.
• Mailing system Admin; configured and manage mailing system for each branches.
• Install and configured daily jacket and workflow.
• Generate monthly\weakly\daily reports for IT pending issue and follow up with IT Sectors until it solved.
• Citrix system support; follow up with branches for citrix(alternative gate for core banking system) problems .
