Working as Business Development Specialist (OG-I).
• Responsible for business development in south region i.e Sindh with portfolio of 120Mil PKR.
• Administrative reporting to HoD Protective & Marine Coatings Pakistan.
• Generate specification / tailor-made technical proposals for customer.
• Devising and implementing pricing, margins for technical products / premium solutions.
• Liaise with engineering consultants for product specification, brand recognition and promotion.
• Manage overall activities at designated projects and streamline all reservations with stake holders.
• Effectively utilizing resources such as R&D and technical support team for customer acquisition and retention.
• Timely resolve and pursue all customer reservations in given turnaround time i.e both commercial and technical.
• Oversee collection of payments as per agreed terms so as to achieve the defined targets.
• Conduct market research, industry and price comparisons as well as internal brand and category analyses for valuable market and customer intelligence.
Working as Customer Services Officer (OG-II).
• Hands on working experience on AL-Habib Banking software to provide financial services such as Remittance, Clearing, Online Funds Transfer, Online Payment through MONEYGRAM portal.
• Conducting compliance and audit functions in accordance with SBP laws and regulations.
• Meet and greet with the walk-in customers at the designated branch.
• Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
