• I have a good knowledge of reading & draw any structure and piping drawing.
• P&ID, Isometric drawing, Plot plain, Orthographic drawing.

HEAT EXCHANGER
• I am able to work on all type of Exchanger with Mechanical procedure
• Construction, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Hydro testing.
• Maintenance of heat exchanger like tube plugging, bundle cleaning, mechanical cleaning (scrapping, Roding) & H.P jetting of exchanger
RETUBING
• Re-tubing of heat exchanger’s (Fixed Tube Sheet and Floating Head)
PIPING
• I have a good knowledge and working experience on these piping technology
• Piping material, Piping fitting, Piping support and Expansion joint, Pip fabrication.

VALVES
• Good experience all types of valve that are use in chemical plant.
• Maintenance, Repair and Reclamation of General & Special types High Pressure Ammonia Synthesis & Urea Hp Loop valves.
• Installation and Removal of valve as per procedure
• Hydro testing of valve.

SAFETY DEVICE
• Safety valve installation and removal as per procedure
• Rupture Disc installation and removal as per procedure

ONLINE LEAKAGE RECTIFICTION
• I have a good experience of Online leakage rectification
• Installation and fabricate Cold Box up.
• Installation and fabricate Hot Box up.

METAL CUTTING
• Pipe and plate cutting with (oxy # Acetylene)
• Plate cutting with pug burning machine.
• Plate and pipe cutting with Plamza cutting machine

FABRICATION JOB
• I am able to
• Elbow, Orange peel, Reducer, make “Y” branch, Lateral, and Saddle.

• On line leakage rectify on gases, Steam with hot box up.
