 Distinctly outlined the fundamental direct and indirect challenges for the ECs’ development, thus acting as a SME on privately led development models. The suggested “corrective” actions were prescribed as remedial steps.
 Evaluated strategic and commercial elements of an EC’s master plan, assessing the effects of prescribed demand drivers and cost elements on the “viability” of the city. Recommended actions to optimize the development plans.
 Analyzed the business model, regulatory framework and fee structure for a private developer led port. Advised on commercial terms and regulator role, along with supporting negotiations on the fee structure for the port license.
 Assessed a telecom operator’s licensing proposal by evaluating commercial and financial terms. The analysis resulted in formulizing the fee structure, and granting the operator license. The study also identified regulatory framework gaps.
 Facilitated gas tariff negotiations by rationalizing the commercial terms, capital flows and business case. Resulted in outlining the “must have” elements for the supply contract, sponsor support and regulator support agreements

 Developed the city economic model, while working with P&L stakeholders to develop their strategies and business plans. The tool allowed the CEO to fully comprehend the business, and thus devise the development strategy.
 Worked with master-planning teams to formulate viable roll-out plans, by way of economic inputs, reviewing financial “asks” and strategic analysis. The resulting outcome was based on attainable “phased” development plans.
 Supported transaction negotiations, by proposing terms based on commercially viable frameworks. This allowed for signing of a RE joint venture agreement, and securing bank funding for an affordable housing project.
 Developed the water tariff charge scheme, by analyzing bidder proposed designs and commercial structures. The resulting tariff card was used for city wide tenants.
