o Managing healthcare warehouses in Jeddah in compliance with company's policies and vision
o Implementation of new pharma customers
o Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, dispensing to production and maintenance operations
o Setting up layout and ensure efficient warehouse space utilization

o Adhering to all warehousing handling and shipping legislation requirements

o Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the operations and budget of warehousing facilities.
o Develop warehouse operations policies and procedures and
communicate this information to staff
o Develop and implement profit improvement plans and change management plans.
o Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the warehouse operations.
o Remain current with latest warehouse operations technology systems and procedures.
o Plan, organize and direct warehousing related administrative services such as cleaning, installations, maintenance, repair, safety inspections, etc.
o Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate construction projects to modify warehousing facilities.
o Prepare or direct preparation of correspondence, business reports, statistics related to the warehouse operations area of responsibility, and operations, maintenance, and safety manuals.
o Interview, select, train, manage, and appraise the performance of warehouse personnel.
o Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships.
Problem solve, negotiate and address staff challenges.
o Confer with department supervisors to coordinate warehouse activities, such as production, sales, records control, and purchasing.
o Review contracts, invoices, work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.
o Preparation and planning for GMP audit.
o Working on WMS(LFS 400), Hellogic and MS-Excel systems.
o Prepare KPI reports in MS-Excel on monthly basis and report it to customer.
o Receive customer orders via EDI, e-mail, and process orders for picking packing and shipping.
o Prepare Export Documents like Commercial invoice, Delivery advice, Order packing list, HSCode Summary, COO for the export shipments.
o Request to process BOE for export shipments.
o Co-ordinate with transport team to arrange the trucks for road freight shipments.
o Arranging routes and schedules, and confirming the details with carriers also arranging equipments for loading/unloading.
o Booking cargo space with carriers.
o calculating weight, volume and cost of goods to be moved
o Communicate with customer on shipping schedule, pricing, product availability, product/shipping documentation, sample request and loading requirements etc.
o Forecast, gather, input and coordinate inventory activity data to accurately reflect product movement and ensures product availability for future orders/shipments.
o Communicate with customers, suppliers, Airfreight operations team, warehouse team and dubai customs.
