Looking stock transfer between the outlets and warehouse through the default system.
Responsible for the smooth flow of inbound and outbound materials from warehouse to outlets.
Ensure daily stock reconciliation is carried out at shop and all significant variances investigated and reported.
Calculating all significant stock variances / discrepancies in detail and submit report on variance and losses to the management.
Manage all loss prevention activities and develops strategies.
Analysis stock variances and initiate appropriate corrective steps to reduce discrepancies. Prepare and submit routine inventory reports required by the management.
Preparing stock ageing and consolidation reports to find out the previous and current losses.
Manage all phases of stock Control operations through the system.
Develop & implement procedures for control of all stock count movement; stock adjustment and transfers.
Assist loss prevention dept., in conducting special tasks and investigation relating to stock loss.
Provides information about slow moving items / dead stock to the management and follow-up on action plan.
Once Inventory deviation is resolved book the inventory and send the inventory deviation report to management.
Create and send purchase order as per requisition of production.
Finding the new suppliers with competitive pricing and payment terms.
Negotiate with the suppliers in terms of price, quality and delivery terms
Ensure daily material updating into the system against invoice.
Ensure daily material requisition of branches updating into the system.
Verify supplies and quantity against LPO.
Monitoring the stock movement and maintain stock level as per the target.
Provides information about slow moving items / dead stock to the management and follow-up on action plan.
Preparing rate comparison report and send to the management.
Looking inventory waste item reports through to the system.
Planning of cost saving.
Monthly stock taking of Main Store.
Calculate the inventory deviation report through system and send the difference to the Management.
Provide closing inventory report to the Finance Depart.
Provide monthly consumption report to the management by branch wise.
