Site Manager (Electrical) at Civil and Electrical Contracting Projects Company "CEPCO" ( Aug 2013 - until now)
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all material are correctly stored at site and installed without damages.
• Manage and supervise all site electrical works.
• Coordinate with all parties that participate in project.
• Allocate the workforce to areas of the site based on nature of work and skills required.
• Ensure all material are available at site to undertake the works
• Coordinate with subcontractors at site and monitor their production and quality.
• Make plan for the technicians and workers and equipment to execute the electrical works.
• Ensure that work is done as technical specification and follow up the work plan.
• Prepare daily and weekly report about the work that has been done.
• Coordinate with main contractor and consultant.
• Inspection and test plan to obtain the approval of consultant at each stage of the work.
• Attend site meetings.
• Manage testing and commissioning.
• Ensure that the work carried out in safe manner.
• Calculate quantities, preparing invoices.
• Maintain records of changes to the working drawings.
• Participate in all of the project management for electrical works.
Cable lying.
• Joints, termination, cross bonding and link boxes.
• Cable ladders and cable supports.
• Sheath test and earth resistance measuring.
Fiber optic cables:
• Cable lying.
• Joints, termination and splicing.
• Fiber optic management rack installation.
PROJECTS:
1. Worked in Jabal Omar project 110KV three circuits 1*1200 mm² XLPE cable between Jabal Omar S/S and Makah West S/S.
2. Working on Dhabbat (Malaz) Project 132KV two circuits 1*1200mm² XLPE and Oil field Cable with Transition Joint.
3. Replacement of 132kv U/G cables and cable Termination for Generation Transformers in S/S 8061 & 8072 at PP8
Working In Pakistan Telecommunication company limited (PTCL) with the following Responsibility.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure the interruption free service to the existing customer and service provisioning against the registered service orders.
Facilitate MMBB Set up
In charge of MMBB installations & fault rectifications in exchange.
Pro actively analyze the business requirements for MMBB products and report to the management for effective measures.
Provide support to the sales teams for the selling of the MM&BB. Product through timely coordination and providing product knowledge.
Assist the manager in competitor analysis & evaluation of customer service requirements.
Survey and find out the constraints in the operations, sales, and HR or procurement issues and inform the management to take necessary actions.
Ensure the smooth running of the MMBB processes related to sales, operations and the customer care.
Customer Support
Provide customer support as may be required in certain cases
Fault rectification with the KPIs.(BB Gross sales, BB Net sales, IPTV Gross sales, IPTV Net Sales, BB/IPTV Faults)
Identify the new market segments for the MMBB products and suggest appropriate customer acquisition plans.
Team Management
Deal with the issues the teams are facing and redress to their problems
Coordinate and escalate team issues to the management.
Technical & Field Work
On Line Technical support to customer
DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) Installation & Trouble shooting.
IPTV/Smart TV Installation & Trouble shooting.
Configuration / Installation of ADSL Router and Modem & Wireless Routers
Establishment, Configuration, Trouble Shooting and Maintenance of Local Area Network (LAN).
