Phase II is an enhancement phase, where two business requirements are added to the portal:
• Internal process and approval workflows

I have worked with the pre-sales team along the SHB business team to figure out the needs and to agree on a specific scope of work.

• Successfully figured the business requirements and converted the needs to a technical solutions

This is a SharePoint 2010 portal which contains many internal workflows and process, along with document management and collaborative features. Also synchronization between Oracle database and the Active Directory is implemented.

Saudi Hollandi Bank (SHB) SharePoint intranet portal provides a collaborative work environment, document management, and internal procedures workflows. It is composed from the modules: Projects management, leases management, publishes workflows.

Project: Orange ADSL Marketing Solution:
It is a solution requested by the marketing department at Orange Jordan. Its purpose is to allow the marketing stuff to create marketing campaigns and assign these campaigns to Orange ADSL subscribers to view them. Also the solution has a synchronization windows service which provides up to date statistical reports about the subscriber actions against the submitted campaigns.
Roles and duties:
• Gather the business and technical requirements
• Create the : Project Plan, SRS and testing scenarios
• Lead, supervise and motivate the development team
• Deploy the solution to staging and production environment
• Cooperate with STS QA and Orange QA teams
• Tracking the fixed bugs
• Sign off with Orange the UAT
• Deliver handover sessions to Orange operations team.

ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) \[Out-Sourced with Microsoft® Corporation\]:
Project with the Jordanian e-Gov to provide Infrastructure for Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to integrate governmental organizations and entities.
This project implemented by solid technologies: MS TFS, BizTalk 2009, Entity Framework (Linq to entity), MVC, Enterprise Library 4.1, ADFS (Single Sign-on) and SOA.
Roles and duties:
-Built WCF services for testing purposes and proof of concept

AlertONE Solution:
AlertONE is a solution which allow GSM (Global System for Mobile) providers to capitalize on the demand for bulk SMS/MMS service that is becoming a must for corporate available in the market.
AlertONE core was developed using Web services and background multi-threaded Windows Services and relied heavily on MS Message Queue. Several interfaces are supported for bulk messages submittal, such as SMPP (Short Message Peer-to-Peer Protocol), MM7, Web Services, E-Mail, and FTP, etc.
AlertONE implemented using Microsoft technologies: .Net 3.0, SQL Server 2005.

Roles and duties:
- Above target accomplished tasks : AlertONE Core, SMPP Client service, Al-Jazeera service, web services, web interfaces, web pages, web controls, ASP.NET themes, Web 2 MS and backend and database.
- Implemented successfully NLB (Network Load Balance) over the solution to increase the availability to the maximum limit and to handle the traffic on solution web sites.
- Built OST (On Shop Tool) integration with AlertONE for the purpose of managing Post-Paid individual accounts
- Introduced prototypes and POC (Proof of Concept) samples required from team leads and management stuff

-Successfully implemented and tested three ready package solutions SharePoint 2003 Portal, ProClarity, and K2 workflow.
