- Review project specifications and drawings during tendering phase to ensure offering what is required on each project.
- Preparation of pre-qualification documents.
- Preparation of submittals including source & materials, compliance sheets, data sheets & certificates, material approval requests.
- Checking that the block-works drawings are in conformity with the contract drawings.
- Allocate and assign internal resources for the preparation of all documentations required for each project (submittals, shop-drawings)

- Conduct technical workshops with the client/contractor/consultant.
- Ensure and enforce the codes and standards for each project according to NFPA or BS EN.

- Conduct trainings and seminars for personnel.
- Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
- Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
- Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.
- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
- Holds regular status meetings with team.
