Having overall responsibility for the logistics and Sales functions of local & cross country. Price negotiation with Shipping line and other service providers, Documentation approvals from the ministry of Oman. Maintains positive customer relationships by managing all post and pre-purchase needs with knowledge of gypsum process and quality

* Responsible for managing the loading of export containers, Finished goods and warehouse maintenance.
* Identifying & delivering operational cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives.
* Coordinating with shipping agency for export delivery. Especially for Pan India, Sri lanka, Nepal and other Africa sectors.
* Making sure that project deadlines are met and ensuring that all set targets are achieved.
* Oversees entire sales process from start to finish with each customer.
* Developing new accounts and expands customer in the domestic & international basis.
* Maintaining a strong networking channel from dealers market to local market in more than 3 regions.
* Implementing new process and procedures to enhance both logistics and sales.

From July '2011 to Decemer '2012:
* Worked as an Executive Export Operation with Basem International Shipping & logistics (SAUDI ARABIA)

Key Responsibilities:
* Export - Custom Clearance, Freight Forwarding, Operations Management, Demand Forecasting, Inventory management, and Distribution Planning.
* Handling Key Accounts, Analyzing statistics from various sources to capture new Customers and business.
* Continuously monitoring the performance and activities of the SCM through the use of Job responsibilities, with a primary focus on logistics activity.
* New schedule studies and implementation, statistical reports as required by Management.

From Jan' 2013 to June '2013:
Worked as an Sales Coordinator with MADA GYPSUM COMPANY
( SAUDI ARABIA)

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of confidential agreements.
* Assist customers regarding deliveries and other enquiries for domestic and export.
* Preparing proposals, agreements, quotations, sales reports, and presentations.
* Analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales.
* Gathering data on competitors and analyzing their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
* Managing export deliveries via Land & Sea

From Jan '2010 to June '2011:
* Worked as an Sr. Executive NVOCC liner Operation & Documentation with St John Freight Systems Limited, Chennai, India.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handled all documentation related to movement of cargo including Import Delivery Orders, Bills of Lading, Shipper's Export Declarations, and various export certificates.
* Filing of IGM & EGM Manifestation with the shipping line and NVOCC / Consolidator / Sending Quotations/ Follow up with overseas offices with relevance to Sea import shipments / raising of CAN for FCL and LCL shipments. Slot Booking with various vessel operators.
* Handled the tasks of monitoring Vessel and Yard operations, Inventory Controlling, Handling Container Maintenance & Repairs.

From July '2008 - Nov '2009:
* Worked as an Operation Executive with Parekh Marine Agencies Private Limited agent for EUKOR CAR CARRIERS, Chennai, India.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handled Car Carrier Vessel operation as a Assistant for Port Captain
* Surveying the export cars and trans-shipment cargo.
* Overall in charge of planning and monitoring activity, before, during and after operations.
