💢 Check the compliance of the quality plan of the selected Contractor before and after award of the
contract. Analyze the quality plan, the PRIE as well as the site organization chart. Ensure the application
from the site quality plan over the duration of the contract;
💢 Comment on the Contractor's working methods in order to satisfy the health system and
Hydro-Québec security;
💢 Validate the technical documents issued by the Contractor:
💢 At each periodic statement, the technical assistant ensures that the work for which
the Contractor requests payment have been made and proven compliant by reports
inspection letter and letter from the laboratory;
💢 Manage QMT / NC / DAC. Analyze and approve the appropriate fixes by assisting
the interface between the site and the Transport Engineering Department. Validate that the corrections
are carried out in accordance with the accepted proposals and follow the files until they are
closing;
💢 Participate in the development and implementation of the monitoring plan and quality inspection
work in collaboration with site supervisors. Provide expertise and
support the site supervisors in the various activities of the project and the drafting of
daily reports;
💢 Audit the Contractor's quality system monthly. This audit also concerns the
verification and monitoring of calibrations of measuring and testing devices and equipment
laboratory;
💢 Participate with the Site Manager in various site meetings and meetings
technical with the Transport Engineering Department;
💢 Collect and maintain a photographic record of the progress of the work on the site
in collaboration with site supervisors;
💢 Prepare the weekly work progress report including the highlights
(Equipment, Environment, Health, Safety and others) (Depends on the RC);
