• Planning Scheduling and coordinating upstream developmental construction activities Providing Construction team with the required look ahead schedule.
• Highlight various critical issues and deriving solutions in order to resolve it well before it impacts the overall project progress.
• Deft in swiftly ramping up projects in close coordination with project managers, contractors, architects, consultants, Vendors & other external agencies and ensuring on time deliverables.
• Preparation of baseline construction program at the tendering stage and detailing of the same during the project execution stage.
• Progress monitoring of Construction, procurement and Engineering deliverable with a view to achieve projected targets and overall project schedule.
• Monitoring progress and prepares monthly progress reports and manpower and equipment histogram for the projects.
