Managing the entire MEP procurement function and preparation of Project Procurement Plans in
accordance with corporate Procurement Policies and Procedures
Thorough understanding and knowledge of industrial material and systems in the Electromechanical field applied in Buildings, Infrastructure and Oil & Gas sectors.
Preparing a detailed schedule for Long Lead items in order to expedite uninterrupted flow of
materials and ensure smooth execution of the project within the scheduled timeframe.
Finalization of WSO, VO, SA with Vendors, negotiate final terms and conditions with the lowest
bidder and recommendation to the Client for Order Award.
Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager & Director as well as coordinating with Site Project

on regular basis to determine progress of procurement, supply chain & logistics activities.
Conducting market research, finalizing orders within Budget, forecast supply issues and effect
preventive/corrective measures.
Instrumental in screening, hiring, training and managing a team of MEP procurement engineers
and buyers comprising of various nationalities.
Expediting delivery delays from suppliers and resolving payment disputes between finance and
suppliers in order to facilitate time delivery of materials to the projec
Job Description:
1.Thorough review of the Main Contract Conditions finalized by the Client and the Company.
2.Study of the Specification & Drawings, understanding the Scope of work, preparing a detailed Analysis of the Long Lead items.
3.Floating enquires to the Supplier /Subcontractor and making a detailed study of quotations by reviewing their Inclusions and exclusions through Comparison.
4.Arranging Technical Submittal from the Vendor and getting it approved from the Client /consultant, registering & updating the Material Log Sheet.
5.Negotiating with Suppliers/Subcontractors in terms related to Price, modes of Payment & Delivery of Material
6.Market price evaluation & procurement of materials.
7.Preparation of the Subcontract/Supply Agreement, LPO’s and work order prepared in accordance to the FIDIC rules & according the Main contract terms and conditions.
8.Coordinate with Site, Accounts dept in facilitating the financial transactions, thereby ensuring timely and successful delivery of material at site without affecting the quality of work.
Job Description:
1.Thorough study of the specifications and Visualization of drawings to have detailed knowledge of the Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Low current Systems
2.Extracting and Scrutinizing of Bill of Materials.
3.Preparation of drawings, specifications/datasheet for the procurement of the items or equipments.
4.Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) of the items offered by various suppliers.
5.Detailed study of the routing of cables& wires, sleeves & ducts, Conduits & Cable management, AC Ducts, Drainage and Water Supply pipes and making a systematic study for substantiating the cost effect of the project
6.Direct cost estimation, Market price evaluation & procurement of materials.
7.Value engineering the projects as a proposal to the consultants for providing cost effective solution of systems apart from the specifications.
8.Allocation of budget for different system for JOB In Hand Projects and negotiating the suppliers for a price lower than the budget cost
9.Coordinating with Site Engineers for the daily progress of the project.
10.Preparation of Material requisition as per the project specification for the procurement of items.
11.Coordinating with Suppliers in arranging the technical submittal as well as compliance statement in accordance with specifications
12.Co-ordination with the Sub contractors for timely completion of project.
Job Description:
1.Detailed study of the specification for the Low Current system & extracting the Bill of Quantities
2.Regular meeting with the Consultant and Contractors for enhancing our Low currents products
3.Calculations and designing of the systems using AutoCAD & Engineering tools
4.Installation, testing and Commissioning of the SMATV-RF/IF, CCTV, Audio/Video Intercom, Public Address System, Access control System, Gate Barriers system, Gas Detection System
5.Testing the SMATV System at site using Field energy Meter
6.Giving proper instruction to the workers in installation of Low current systems
7.Preparing the technical submittal with Compliance statements for all Low Currents systems
8.Follow up the Contractors for negotiating the price offered
9.Giving proper Training and Technical support to the client once the system has been installed

1.Creating domain and Workgroup station using operating tool Microsoft server 2003-Enterprise edition/windows XP professional
2.Configure networks, remote access systems, computers, printers, servers, scanners & monitor system performance to ensure that demands are met.
3.Setting up user accounts, permissions and password

5.Maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure proper working
