H.R OFFICER :
• Partnering with respective managers for manpower planning, succession planning, skills assessment & development.
• Conducting regular connects with employees and managers to gauge the pulse of the team.
• Mediation between employees and management on key HR issues such as performance ratings, incentives etc.
• Closely worked with managers to improve working relationship, motivation, employee retention & productivity.
• Identifying training needs, enabling execution of the same and ensuring training objectives are met.
• Liaising with payroll, absence recording, and holiday recording systems.
• Negotiating the offers, Preparing Offer letters and Appointment Letters for the employees.
• Doing On-boarding & Exit interview process.
• Facilitating the annual performance review process to ensure that it is completed effectively and on time.
• Liaising with municipality officials / Offices whenever needed based on requirements.
• Initiate the Visa process, Labour card, Emirates ID process for new joiners / Employment renewals.
• Arrange Medical process for Visa processing, Occupational Medical test.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating win-win compromises, developing teambuilding programs, and writing personnel manuals, company policies, job descriptions and management report.

MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE:
• Ensure Quality Management System processes are “established, implemented and maintained”,
• Report to “top management” on the QMS performance and where improvements are needed,
• Ensure that everyone in the organization is aware of customer requirements.
• Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
• Assist in the preparation of tenders by providing management system related documents. Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.
• Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits
• Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks.
• Maintain the company library of compliance resources including standards.
• Maintain Audit reports and findings documents.

• Facilitate Performance improvement Plan and help the associates achieve their targets.
• Implementing the HR policies, systems & procedures for the HR operations & development.
