(A) Recruitment

◆ Working closely with the PRO team for issuing residential visa, medicals, emirates id creation, visa cancellation, handling the absconding cases etc
◆ Maintain Documentation as per the MOL guideline in hardcopy and in HRIS software as per corporate policy and ISO standard
◆ Responsible for handling the probation evaluation of the staff and work out the confirmations.
◆ Draft letters and Memo’s on behalf of General Manager.
◆ Responsible to design the performance management and to reviews of the white collar staff.
◆ Work out reward and recognition program for the blue collar and white collar staff

(C)Compensation & Benefit
◆ Define and streamlined the payroll payout process via WPS.
◆ Timeliness and error free payroll disbursement for all the employee’s¬.

(D)HR Business Partner
◆ Develop and deliver HR plan in line with the business plan and objectives.
◆ Ensure right teams are placed to achieve the agreed business goals.
