Release and confirm for Potential Denied Party match shipments, communication, security and customer perspective through Country Focal Point. Screening against sanctions list based on a configurable screening algorithm and configurable screening profiles. Supports interactive, transaction oriented real-time screening as well as batch screening. Automation by "white lists" and "positive lists" Screening against internal "blacklists" and keywords Comprehensive audit trail of screening results and decisions including individual documentation (file attachments and comments). Updating PACS, a "pre-arrival clearance system" which will speed up the clearance process of international shipments from Customs within the specified time. Updating Proof of Delivery (PoD) Signature Image Retrieval system under TIMS software.
Processing the Vendor Invoice after validation and verification and submitting to the Finance Team. Maintaining the records for the same on day-to-day basis as per procedure and requirement. Ensure the vendor payment on periodical basis and collecting the No Due Certificate from the vendors. Team collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders for query and discrepancies. Monitoring on the
pricing, and the contract renewal policies. Supporting the clearance team on analysis and reporting system to clear the backlogs under Company clearance locations.
